Fireside's Lifetime Assurance Warranty covers your log home against:
Manufacturing Defects We guarantee all logs and products manufactured by Fireside to be free of manufacturing defects. Other components are warranted by their respective manufacturers.
Log Wall Shrinkage We guarantee less than 1-inch shrinkage over an 8-foot wall, for the life of your log home, providing correct construction methods (as determined by Fireside) are adhered to.
Structural Failure We guarantee that the wood framed portion of your Fireside home will not fail providing it is constructed to Fireside's standards by either our own 'Fireside Home Builders' or a 'Fireside Certified' builder.
Insect Attack We guarantee that with normal conventional termite treatment, your Fireside Log Home will be free of insect attack and infestation by all commonly known wood boring insects, including carpenter bees!!!
